Welcome to Winscombe RFC
Winscombe RFC run Mini and Junior teams from Under 6 to Under 18 (Colts). Until the age of 11 teams are mixed with boys and girls training and playing together. From under 12 the girls split into separate teams.

If you would like you child to experience rugby in a child focused environment, please come along and join the Winscombe RFC family.
Age grade rugby takes place on Sundays with the mini section (Under 6’s – Under 11’s) meeting in the morning and the junior teams meeting on a Sunday afternoon. Junior teams may also hold midweek training sessions, please contact the individual teams to find out when these take place.
Joining Winscombe
The RFU use the Game Management System (GMS) to administer the game throughout England. This requires that each individual player is registered on the system and associated to Winscombe RFC. This needs to be done by a parent/guardian, who must also have their details on GMS. To see how to do this please visit the link below. When completing your childs profile please ensure that you complete the Emergency Contact Information and Medical Details. In addition please complete the Consent to Photo Distribution, Consent Emergency Detail Distribution and Consent Medical Distribution items.

Membership Fees
Each player will need to pay an annual membership fee, this will also require a parent to become a member of the club. Please visit the “MEMBERSHIPS” area of the website for further information.
The fees include a membership to the social club.
Every effort is made to keep the membership costs to a minimum, we are a fully inclusive club that firmly believes no child should be denied the opportunity to play rugby. In you are suffering financial hardship, please talk in confidence to your coach who will approach the club on your behalf.
